Terms of Service
The terms for using Conclave: your account, minutes, memberships, the characters and acceptable use.
Conclave is an app for Apple Vision Pro published by Saqbach, LLC ("we"). The app itself is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms cover the Conclave service behind the app: your account, conversation minutes, memberships and packs, the characters, and what you may and may not do. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Conclave.
Your account
You sign in with Apple, and one Conclave account belongs to one Apple ID. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your device secure. You must meet the App Store's age requirements for Conclave in your country. We may refuse, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Minutes, memberships and packs
Conversation is measured in minutes. Every new account receives ten welcome minutes, once. A membership adds minutes each month and renews automatically through your Apple account until you cancel it in your App Store subscriptions; unused membership minutes carry over. A pack adds minutes once, and pack minutes never expire. A minute is measured by what a conversation actually uses, so a brisk exchange with several characters can stretch a little further than a long monologue with one; your balance never falls below what you have paid for. While a conversation is open a small number of minutes is held and settles to actual use when it ends.
Apple processes every payment and handles refunds under its own terms. Minutes have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and are forfeited when an account is deleted. We may change prices, allowances and products for future purchases; a change never takes minutes you already have, and the App Store shows the current price before you buy.
The characters
Rhea, Noam, Mina and any character we add later are AI characters. They are built to be interesting company for thinking out loud, and they can be wrong, inconsistent or out of date. Nothing they say is medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for a person in an emergency. Use your own judgment about anything you act on.
Voice and your content
Conversations run on OpenAI's voice models. Before your first conversation the app asks whether you allow sharing your voice and context with OpenAI, and you can withdraw that permission at any time from Account & voice. What you say remains yours. You give us the permission we need to process it in order to run the service, as described in the privacy policy, and nothing more.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Conclave to harass, threaten or harm anyone, or to produce unlawful content.
- Do not try to extract, copy or reverse-engineer the characters' instructions or the underlying models, or to interfere with the service or other people's use of it.
- Do not share your account, buy or sell minutes outside the App Store, or use automation to run conversations.
- Do not use Conclave where doing so would be unsafe for you or the people around you.
Availability and changes
Chambers, characters and features may be added, changed or retired, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a provider outage. We will try to give notice of changes that matter. We may update these terms; when we do, we update the effective date at the top of this page, and the app asks you to review changes that affect how your voice or conversations are shared. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Account & voice in the app; the privacy policy explains what is removed and what billing records remain. Deleting your account does not request a refund and forfeits unused minutes. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that we must close to comply with the law.
Disclaimers and liability
Conclave is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the service or the characters, and our total liability to you for any claim connected to Conclave is limited to the amount you paid us through the App Store in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them reduces the rights Apple's license or your local consumer law gives you.
